CargoLoaders accepts payment via ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, or other methods as mutually agreed. All rates are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified in writing.
Dispatch service fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the gross load revenue or as a flat weekly rate, as agreed in your individual service agreement. CargoLoaders will clearly disclose all fees before service commencement.
We reserve the right to adjust service rates with a minimum of 30 days written notice to existing clients. Continued use of services after rate adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CargoLoaders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall be conducted in Dallas, Texas, USA, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against CargoLoaders.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
CargoLoaders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email to registered clients.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
